The process begins by understanding what makes you tick as a person, your performance environment and what you want to achieve. We identify your strengths and areas for development before creating a personalised plan.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number of sessions. Some clients may benefit from a small number of targeted sessions, while others may prefer a longer-term programme. Your needs and goals will determine the most appropriate approach.

No. The principles of performance psychology can be applied across a range of performance environments, including sport, education, coaching and business.
